Camp Road, Upper Heyford

We prepared an LVIA for a 77 home development for Pye Homes which lies on the edge of the former Upper Heyford Airbase site. Issues included the relationship to the site and the many listed structures within the site; its position on the edge of the existing built development and how the proposal will fit with other major housing growth in the area.
