Project: Chineham Business Park

For almost 15 years, ASA has partnered with MAPP and Frasers to support the Facilities Management team at Chineham Business Park.
With an excellent working relationship, ASA has supported the management of the comprehensive landscape, which includes Ancient Woodland, nature walks, ponds, green walls, pocket-parks and open grassland as well as building curtilages.

Activities include

Preparation of contract documents including Landscape Maintenance Specification and overall Park Plan.
Supervision of landscape maintenance contract, including monthly inspections of the park and reporting, to review the standard of maintenance and condition of the landscape and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve the required specification standards.

Preparation of designs for general landscape improvements, as well as estimates for budget purposes.
Monitoring of improvement works to ensure appropriate standards are achieved.
Chairing of quarterly landscape meetings.
Being on-call for landscape queries arising throughout the year.
