Project: Farnborough Business Park

Following on from our successful partnership with MAPP and Frasers Property at Chineham Business Park and Winnersh Triangle Business Park, ASA were appointed to support the Facilities Management team at Farnborough Business Park.

Client: MAPP on behalf of Frasers Property

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Commencement: 2023 – 2024

Size: 125 acres.

Activities include

  • Supervision of landscape maintenance contract, including monthly inspections of the park and monthly reporting, to review the standard of maintenance and condition of the landscape and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve the required specification standards.
  • Preparation of designs for general landscape improvements, as well as estimates for budget purposes.
  • Monitoring of improvement works to ensure appropriate standards are achieved.
  • Charing monthly meetings with the FM team and Landscape Contractor’s area manager to review the standard of maintenance and upcoming works.
  • Being on-call for landscape queries arising throughout the year.

Awards Achieved to Date:

We are currently working with MAPP and IPM Facilities towards a Green Flag Award and we are proposing to submit the park for a BALI award in 2025.
