Project: Winnersh Triangle Bussiness Park

Working with Frasers Property and MAPP since 2019, ASA has supported the Facilities Management team at Winnersh Triangle Business Park to deliver the maintenance of an exceptional landscape. With 30% of the business park dedicated to green space—encompassing nature trails, green roofs, meadows, and pocket parks—these assets enhance the occupier experience and customer satisfaction while also supporting the client’s ESG standards.

Location: Winnersh Triangle Business Park, Wokingham

Commencement: 2019 – ongoing

Size: Over 80 acres

Activities include

Preparation of contract documents including Landscape Maintenance Specifications.
Supervision of landscape maintenance contract, including monthly inspections of the park and reporting, to review the standard of maintenance and condition of the landscape and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve the required specification standards.

Preparation of designs for general landscape improvements, as well as estimates for budget purposes.
Monitoring of improvement works to ensure appropriate standards are achieved.
Chairing of quarterly landscape meetings.
Being on-call for landscape queries arising throughout the year.
